For more than three decades, Roger Cribb has built his career on both sides of the chair—mastering the craft himself and passing that knowledge on to the professionals coming up behind him.

A third-generation hairdresser, Roger’s career has grown from stylist and salon owner to nationally experienced educator, academy founder, distributor, and mentor. He has educated for major professional hair-care brands, worked alongside respected leaders throughout the industry, and continued traveling and learning with the same curiosity that shaped his career from the beginning. 

That experience ultimately became the foundation for CHEM-STEEL-DISTRO & Education. Roger didn’t build CHEM-STEEL from the outside looking in. He built it as a working hairdresser who understands what professionals actually need: products worthy of their craft, education that translates behind the chair, and a distributor that understands the industry firsthand.
